Black cherry, controlled stalks, jubey, fruit lozenges. Jiucy, more red than black cherry on palate. Slight minty notes, slight mid palate textural grip. Hmm

Screwcap. Displays some of the silky, floral, feminine charm associated with the appellation, the nicely expressed Gamay fruit is ripe and juicy, but the tannins are slightly tough and a bit drying. Needs decanting, and should be able gain another point in 1-2 years’ time. Modest but adequate.
