  Floral elements, lime, beeswax, honey on the nose, amber color. Still lots of acidity on the palate, a nice nuttiness on the finish. The ongoing evolution in the glass fascinating to observe. The crew really had fun with this - entertainment value score would be ~94. Would recommend decanting ~1 hour in advance - flavors really emerge with air and the acidity fades into a structural element.

  Medium to deep straw. Toast. Hint of citrus and caramel. Still pretty fresh. Rich, good core. Nice acidity. Some bitterness. Very good for a twenty year old wine.

  Excellent mineral precise crystalline lemon lime expression of terroir. Slightly oily with mineral oils and lemon seed oils. Aged grossets are really something, this is tasting like a grand cru Alsace.
