Huge in weight, Cali weight burg profile. Exotic apple, melon, rich brown sugar spice. Easy to drink but certainly big in size. Almost too opulently so but rides the line. Definitely lingers but not classic. Will give a few years to check back in.

Joseph Drouhin Cellar Visit and Tasting (Day 10, Visit 1) (Beaune): Barrel tasting at Drouhin. Rich and concentrated from beginning to end with good textures. Good 90-92 point potential.
