With left over spicy porkbutt. Great combo. This wine is very good. Has developed very nicely into something bigger. Very good fruit, nice weight and balance with spice and tannins. Good solid finish! Great product!

I would have easily mistaken this for a Pinot. Light and red fruited. Had a tiny bit of the mouvedre funk which I could have easily thought was pinot-like barnyard or Brett. I think it’s in its drinking window.

This is drinking nicely now. Nice rounded flavors. Apple and cherry and kind of hint of cotton candy.

no food. this took an hour to open up but it is excellent! real nice body, fruit and finish. Yummy and very drinkable. roasted pork will be good with this.

Enjoyed this. Pours ruby rose with as juicy texture that has just enough creaminess to add palate weight. Bright cherry, some cracked spice and good supporting acidity. Good stuff.
