Frisk frukt av gule epler, men også snev av sopp/sjampinjong på duft. Utrolig frisk i munnen, men de samme tonene av sopp og umami, men med fin eplefrukt også. Ganske så kompleks allerede, men har nok mye å gå på der. Fyller munnen og blir værende. Lenge.
Dag 2: mer sopp, og eplene mer i retning skrott. Tyngre, men også mer kompleks. Lover godt for framtida.

@ Versteigerung in Trier. Very round and exciting! Great tension and "padding"...! A must-buy again.
