  Light gold color. Perfumed and concentrated with lemon, cantaloupe, quince, with some saline and chalk dust. Chunky fruit (pineapple, mango, some lime juice) with honey, mint. Rich and delicious but the acidity was a bit too toned down on this one, or at least more so than I remember. Still highly delicious but a bit zippier would be my preference.

  Fallow golden straw in color, this wine has a nose of white peach, stone fruit and petrol (a delightful surprise in a young wine). Texture is creamy with consistent acid structure across the palate. Medium weight with a long finish of white flowers and mineral. Incredibly well-balanced at this stage and would be interested to drink this wine in another 10-20 years to see how it develops.

  So fresh on the nose, with limes, pineapple, honey, wild clover, chalk dust. Vibrant and crisp on the palate with punchy tropical texture and delicious fruit (limes, lemons, pineapple) with complex mineral, slate, dusty earth and some white pepper. Pure, lively, gets so expressive on day two.
