  À l’ouverture, il se présente avec une belle robe rubis profond, un nez assez végétal, en bouche l’attaque est d’abord équilibrée puis vient cette amertume en finale. Cette amertume vient essentiellement du côté végétal. Est-ce que le vin est vinifié en grappes entières? Après un peu d’aération, le fruit noir et généreux prend le dessus au nez, ainsi qu’une belle trame épicée. Avec la bouffe, l’amertume est moins évidente, et il se révèle somme toute un très bon vin, bien équilibré. Mais seul, je dirais que ce vin particulier est bâti pour les amateurs de bière IPA, déroutant pour ceux qui recherche l’équilibre habituel moelleux-acidité-tannin. Un bon vin, mais vaut mieux l’approcher en connaissance de cause pour pouvoir l’apprécier.

  PnP at Frances. Nice, but a bit too bitter on the finish. Mid + body, mid + acid, 13%
