The fruit is generic yellow apple/pear, with mild chalky mineral and some kind of wet paper/communion wafer thing. M to M- acid, M body. I think this is my first Alsace Pinot Blanc and it’s decent but dull and soft/round compared to eg Terlan Pinot Bianco in the same price range. Worked pretty well with quiche Lorraine. ~5.5/10

Aromas of green tree fruit (ripe apple, pear). Really great acidity (lovely citrus notes), but also nice melon and medium mouthfeel. Would buy again!

Honeysuckle and green apple with a pleasing almost tingly chilli effect at the end of the palate. East summer drinking.
