Appearance: Bright and clear, pale lemon in colour, with watery rims and legs. Nose: Clean, with medium intensity and developing aromas of lemon, green apple, pear, slight white pepper, cream, slightly oaky and farmyard. Palate: Dry, with medium and zesty acidity. Medium in alcohol and medium (-) bodied, with medium intensity flavors of lemon, lime, pear, cream and slightly peppery. Finishing with a medium (-) length and a bitter aftertaste. Conclusion: Acceptable quality Alsace Pinot Blanc with a simple nose but showing signs of maturation. Reasonably intense, the palate is also simple but finishing with a reasonable length. Ready to drink now and not intend for further ageing.

A touch of sweetness. Less aromatic than Gewurtraminers and very mineral.
A little short, perhaps the age.
Still bright and clear on the eye. Nice wine but I would rather buy the Gewurz or Rieslings

Not a particularly complex Alsatian but good flavor and dryness. Missing some of the minerality whites from Ribeauville are known for.

Fantastic, apply flavor. No sweet aftertaste at all. Very refreshing, and goes great with Choucroute.
