  Deep purple and a bit shy at first, after air, deep dark red Rasberry with a herbal twist and a distinct black olive aroma. The taste definitely matched the nose. Silky smooth and definitely a solar vintage

  A mon sens, l'un des tous meilleurs "petit" Cornas d'entrée de gamme (bas de coteaux, souvent des vignes assez jeunes), qui goute ici très bien sur la jeunesse, tout en fruit, concentration et minéralité. Quand on goute St Jo avant, on perçoit bien la différence de texture, plus ample et solaire, serrée (quoiqu'ici très fine) et cependant non dénuée de fraicheur. La syrah arbore ici un fruité pur empreint de violette, de petites notes epicées et de garrigue... Excellent de gourmandise et de finesse !
