Quite similar to the bottle 3 years ago, there's not much evolution since. Nice Riesling typicality with apricot and sweet flowers, on the palate rather creamy and quite sweet but in good balance with the high acidity, medium+ finish. Very good now, though not very complex yet, will hold for many more years and only improve with time, 91+.

The previous note of EMIL OLIVIER sums it up perfectly. Colour: light/med gold, bright, clear. Nose: full, fresh yet musky in that typical Mosel style, ripe varietal notes, chalk, citrus, just wow! Taste: light/med body, rounded, v ripe varietal notes, good acidity, long finish, just off dry but acidity lingering, citrus, grapefruit, honey. Overall, quite simply a delight. All that tip top Mosel should be.

Just a wolderful Mosel kabinett. Rich nose of honey, chalk, green and yellow apples, and some petro. Great acidity to balance the sweetness. Will improve with some more years of cellaring. Served with peking duck, a lovely pairing. Will buy again.

Mosel trip 2022; 10/8/2022-10/9/2022: Delicately fruity with a cool, floral, perfume. Quite rounded on the palate for a Ruwer Kabinett, but it has tight acid to pull it into shape. Rather reserved and slightly green at this age. Quite a step below the set of Selbach-Oster wines tasted earlier in the afternoon.
