  At first this seemed very light, but after pairing it with the slow roasted pork belly it came aliove with nice dried apricot and lemon flavours. I still prefer the fresher non-oaked version but this goes well with rich white meats etc. It must have been good - I only intended to drink a half a bottle and ended up finishing it. Oh well!!
