nose of wet stone, orange marmalade and some yellow pulp peach. it surprises for the balance between freshness and hardness, still oranges and some tropical fruits like pineapple and mango, good mineral base; I´ve found the alcohol not to be exactly integrated. good length.

Purchased because I was promised some botrytis influence and dried honey notes in any form always make me very happy. Monte Grande could easily go unnoticed but if you stop for a minute, you'll find a basket of textures and aromas.
More amber imagery than the color suggests. Just a glint of copper or rose gold. Notes of honey and hazelnut and fudgey dates, with baked apple and pear and sour pineapple and starfruit. Supremely acidic and balanced cream makes this comfortable.
Serve this to me blind and I'd call it Chenin.

Nice yellow color. Creamy lemon with some salinity. Yellow fruits. Long finish. Rich and delicious. Blind, I might have guessed this to be either an Austrian Riesling or Italian Chardonnay or a blend.
This wine CoMpLeTeLy rocked with butternut squash chutney.
