  • Same as windflyer below. Spot on. Plenty of acid but getting yellow. Not sure if this style inverts in another year or two. Alas I cannot wait.

  • goldish straw colour with persistent small bubbles and a fine mousse. the nose has whiffs of red fruit amidst the dominating aromas of green apple and almond-laced brioche. in the mouth it is full- and mature-feeling; a citrusy acidity takes centre stage with secondary fruit and yeasty notes rounding out the palate. finish is moderately long, with a hint of sweetness before a savoury tartness sets in.

very low dosage (3g/L); PN/CH even split; barrel fermented with partial malolactic.

  • Pale gold color with sourdough bread, green apple, dried red fruit citrus, caramel and Bay leaf with hints of hazelnut and chalk. On the palate it approaches full-bodied with zesty, mouth-watering acidity and a creamy mousse with green apple, citrus, Rainier cherry, lemon zest and subtle hazelnut flavors with an appealing bit of salinity. 3g/L dosage|12.5% abv|SRP - $35

50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with 50% seeing malolactic fermentation. It's labeled as Brut, but at 3g/L could be labeled as Extra-Brut

  • Gold. Super yeasty brioche and very ripe apple with a touch of toffee on the nose. Rich style with toasty flavors of marzipan and apricot, good mineral/acid and nice length. Seems to be drinking quite well already. Nice birthday treat!
