Bonneville - served in magnum from a bottle bought in Reims. Medium yellow color. Citrus, green apple, hay, wet stones, subtle nose. Med acidity, med body, med alcohol, med flavor intensity and med finish. Green apple, citrus, a bit acid and not super balanced. I think this has passed it best since a while.

A 2002 to celebrate I’s 16th birthday! Delicious, still nice and fresh. Should have no problem making it to legal drinking age when he can try it ;)
