Nose is a fairly middle of the road red fruit, a little earth and hint of dried potpourri. Palate makes up with it with a bit more interest and easy drinking - sour cherry, touches of cola, smoke/spice.

Is it delicious? Yes. But it is the same kind of delicious as the Burgundian table wine Roncier ($19 CAD, so probably 9 euros in France). In that case, it is sadly overpriced.

Pale red colour. Heady cherry, nutmeg, cedar nose and entry. Mid-weight texture. Long finish with good lift. Deft tannins.
