Black fruit, syrup. Smoke and spice. Full bodied, ripe. Fleshy and rich. Lovely.

2 ème bouteille, à partir d'une demie bouteilles.
Bouteille qui confirme que c'est un vin superbe, d'un nez et d'une bouche nerveuse, classe, à la fois sérieuse et funky. De la complexité avec du fruit noir, du cèdre, de la fumée, du sel. J'adore !

There are some harsh notes here for this bottle but I think they are unwarranted. Classic dark fruit Saint-Joseph. I think it is drinking quite well in its youth and will only get better.

Dark fruit, stewed, some violet. Muddy flavour and lacking acid. Decent tannic bite. I have more bottles of this but it's rather disappointing.
