WSET 3 tasting group get together (Utrecht): [Tasted blind] Correctly identified as a young (2-3 years) Pouilly Fuisse. Typical Pouilly Fuisse, with in my opinion a bit too much oak and noticeably high alcohol. Apricot, tropical fruit, toast, vanilla and some clove on the nose. The oak obstructs some of the fruit, hopefully this will mellow out with time. Medium acidity, long finish

Intensity medium. Lemon, yellow apple, peach, pineapple, mango, vanilla, clove. Acidity medium. Finish medium (+). Typical Pouilly-Fuissé, but well produced.
