  • Very nice and structured corton from Girardin. Nice acidity, not overextracted and on a very good balance with fresher fruit notes and some nice, but overly dominant minerality. The restraint buttery notes certainly add to the balance and overall class of the wine. To my opinion, it is still a bit young and would benefit from a year or two of further time to come together. But indeed also a treat to drink now.
