The one with Old Bordeaux (Praelum): Side by side comparison between Ursules Blanc de Noir and the La Haute Lemble Blanc de Blanc and blinded. I thought this was the Ursules because this not only had more density and weight but there was a bruised green apple note that stuck out for me alongside baking spice and almonds. Once again I am off the mark in typical fashion with champagne but this was quite lovely - today I preferred the La Haute Lemble.

Delicious, remarkably accessible, a bit soft on finish. These should drink well in near term but maybe not for long haul
