  the wine has far past its peak. it is still a good wine. nice color, complex and evolved nose. however, on the palate the structure is gone. it is fluid although soft. drink up.

  on the list at Greenhouse in Mayfair for £850!
  nose very ripe plums, coffee, toasty, quite a bit of oak here but not sweet vanilla oak, after a while some green peppers, a whiff of VA
  tobacco and something vegetal come through
  very supple tannins, very little tannin actually
  Good freshness
  meaty, some toastiness but not overpowering
  coffee, dark chocolate, still lots of fruit
  leather on the finish
  tastes very expensive
  tastes a point
  Not at all mature, still lots of youthful fruit
  Complex and some length.
  This still has a lot of life ahead of it. It's nicely poised.
  Only minuses is that vegetal smell that becomes more pronounced with time. Also might be a bit lacking in structure. Still this is a very good wine if you can find a bottle.
