Appearance: Pale lemon-green Nose: Clean and pronounced aromas of green apple, lemon zest, wet stones, and hints of white blossom. Palate: Dry with high acidity and medium body. Flavors of citrus, green apple, and chalky minerality, with a touch of salinity on the long finish. Conclusion: This is an elegant and expressive Chablis that is drinking well now but also has the potential to age for several years.

So this is just terrific. A great Garagiste buy - wish I went in for a lot more. Light straw, clear color. Crushed rock, ocean surf and honey candy on the nose. The palate is full of white fruits with light / medium body and a very focused finish. There is some ripeness yet this is a very versatile wine with plenty of interest. Yum. (91)

From Coravin. Fresh, lemon and slight green apple, quite linear but with a little mid palate breadth & burr. Paired well with trout stuffed with capers.

A private lunch (Restaurant De Juwelier, Amsterdam, NL): Lovely balance and flavours, sea brooze, relatively soft style but with good terroir typicity, green apple and ripe citrus, salted butter and chalk, very good length.

Excellent with very nice fruit. Not exactly classic Chablis cut but we enjoyed it
