  Fully nature but not dead for sure. This is for lovers of old chianti but you better check provenance. This wine is lighter in color than you would expect of modern chianti but don't be fooled. There is a depth of flavor here reminiscient of smoky cherry leather. Quite enjoyable if you can find it. This would not pair well with spicy or over rich dishes.
