  This was light straw in color. Some citrus and mineral on the nose. The palate was more of the same. There was good length; it was a fine but not special wine.

  Perfumed and very phenolic. Almost off-dry with an acidic finish. Tastes a lot like Ardbeg.

  Italian Wines at K&L (Hollywood, CA): Another excellent showing. More obviously Sauvignon-like nose is grassy but sligthly sweeter, with nice floral accents. Rich, with perhaps a touch of residual sugar.
