Eyes: light lemon color, transparent with CO2 bubble
Nose: Intensity: 1 at the beginning and 2+ afterwards really elegant with lemon tart, white blossom but edgy at the same time with toast and gunpowder.
Mouth: dry, vibrant with lively acidity, lime, saline, 2- body, brandy Alk bring out the power, dynamic finish and of course long.
6grad Burgund Glas, elegant, beautyful not so big in your nose, after 20 Mins a little unbalenced because warmth and 14% vol
nice Aperol to start your menu or even SOLO better well chilled

Shiny yellow gold with green tint. Citrus, tangerine, unripe tropical fruits, apricot, white flowers, cream, honey, and minerality. Medium-full bodied, medium-high acidity, medium alcohol. Fresh and crisp. Good complexity with layers (kudos to winemaker), but wines from this grape lacked tension and class. Medium finish.
If tasted blind, I would have guessed this were a dry chenin blanc due to the taste profile, except the acidity was not as high as chenin blanc. Very well made, and good value for a bottle from Villaine. I would drink them up over the next few years while they are still fresh and crisp.

PnP served non-blind. SB5784's note is spot on. I'll add that this was as good if not a half notch better after a night in the fridge. Just joyous. recommended, now and the next several years.

Beautiful bouquet with white fruits and butter. On the palate a very tasty wine, some pepper, butter, good acidity and full bodied.

Mild and creamy bouquet with white fruits and mineral impressions. Same on the palate, good acidity.
