  A lovely Crozes - with a couple of hours of air it’s great. Full of black pepper, black fruit (blackberry, black cherry), meat juices and baking spices. Glossy, warming and cosy, with supple tannins and length of fruit.

  瓶醒大约两小时
  刚倒入杯中，妖艳的紫罗兰，干玫瑰，蓝莓，酸浆果，红茶的香气就已经扑面而来。闻香整体甜美妖娆，可口多汁，异常开放。
  一入口就被极高的集中度和高挑爽利的酸度折服。酸梅汁，樱桃汁的口感使整个口舌不断生津。酒体强劲，肉感很足，但绝不失轻盈。单宁的体量相当细腻且庞大，在整个口腔形成了极强的张力。口感层次非常清晰，结构英挺，朝气蓬勃。余味中等，以酸浆果，檀木香为主。
  继续瓶醒两小时以后，闻香中水果糖的香气愈发突出。口感依旧和谐愉悦，丹宁变得更加妥帖，又多了一些成熟果梗的清凉气息。尾韵更加舒展悠长，梗味，木质香气，还有明显的肉鲜味，以及明显而持久的回甘。让人真的忍不住一杯接着一杯，真的太好喝太平衡太愉悦了。能喝出来此酒至少还有十几二十年的陈年潜力，但现在他的表现已经足够令人赞叹。

  The style here is more polished in style than the white, rich, creamy, fruity Syrah here, very pure, very local with plenty of garrigue, olives. Young, but approachable.
