  Medium deep golden. As expected, lovely bracing acidity. Essence of aged nuts, rich and savory chamomile. Nice driven and lingering finish. Rather clean and linear at this young stage. Very enjoyable in small pours over the course of 10 days, simply corked in between and kept in the cellar. Over that time there was some rounding development. Look forward to opening another — but not for many years.
