  • Coravin'd glass from a restaurant's cellar. This was stellar. I don't have as much experience with Bourgogne wines, but I believe this to be the best I have ever tasted and very much what I want out of a red Burgundy.

Notes of strawberry, gooseberry, cherry pie, floral violet, subtle spices all lead to an amazingly long finish and utter enjoyment. The elegance and grace here are all the charts, but there is hidden power there too, that will certainly allow this to age for decades to come.
