  In a great spot now. Oak is better integrated with floral / lemon peel notes, plus a slight reduction (match stick) which adds complexity.

  With fabulous fish soup. This is very good chard. Super elegant, good fruit and legant, well built. Probably needs a few years to develop. Drink in 2025/6.

  Clear, slightly dark straw. Apricot, vanilla, bosc pear. Very low acids, no tannins, not sweet. lemongrass. Medium balanced finish.
