  Tightly coiled pure green fruit and meyer lemon. Muted nose but long finish with waves of sweet tropical fruit. Pretty amazing already but would gain a point or so in a few years. Drink now with air or hold. 93+

  Bouquet riche & aérien à la fois, en plusieurs couches. Tout d'abord sur les fruits à chaires blanches comme la poire & à chaires jaunes exotiques comme les ananas & la mangue. Ces derniers semblent avoir été écrasé sur des galets de rivières. Le bouquet est tout en fraîcheur & énergique. L'ensemble est complété par des notes de gingembres & de jujubes.
  Le bouche est large en attaque, principalement sur mélange de poire & de mangue. Lem milieu de bouche est vif, tranchant, cristallin, les impression de galets de rivières sont omniprésents. La finale est saline, sur des amers agréables. bref, beau vin de contraste & texture. Encore très jeune mais fort agréable maintenant. Excellent & bien hâte de voir la suite des choses.

  what an awesome wine. First encounter with Donnhoff for me and surely not the last time!
  
  Green apples, tropical fruits (not ripe but right before maturity), lemon grass, great mineralogy. the acidity is focused and spot on.
  Won't say too much as the other reviews are spot on.
  
  very nice to drink now but would wait another 5 years to open the next. This wine will just get better and better for the next 20 years.

  So bright tart and refreshing..
  See all the reviewers tasting notes as they are spot on for flavors,,,
  It’s exciting and electric,,
  At $97 it’s fully priced for the experience and maybe overpriced compared to the French maker thibadoux…spelling?

  Lemon pith, orange peel, fennel, and minty herbs on the nose and palate. Light and buoyant on the palate, with refreshing acidity giving way to underripe white peach, lemon, smoke, and slate mineral tones.
