  Soft, smooth, even luscious with refined tannins, this didn't even need a decant. Though best with food (minestrone soup) this was nevertheless a lovely sipper throughout the evening. Cherries, raspberries, cloves, and some oil. Drink 2023-2028. Technical score: 92. Enjoyment score: 92.

  醒酒四个半小时，淡宝石红色，闻香有肉桂和百里香一类的香料味，樱桃的果香，还有草莓糖的香味，香气浓郁集中，十分香甜。入口酸度高，单宁紧涩，细腻的颗粒，酒液甜美，红果和草莓糖的香味，后段有点酒精感。相比较闻起来开放热烈的香气，口中的表现稍微简单一些，中后段掉得比较快，余味偏短，是淡淡红果味。醒酒六个半小时以后闻香多了一些草药和香草的气息，口中的变化不大，甜美宜饮的风格，容易亲近，适合用来日常配餐。
