Light floral texture, with sweet and smooth strawberry notes and light tannin. This took a while to open up and it seems like it is in a puppy fat stage, which makes it very drinkable but maybe lacking some complexity. Pretty sure 3-5 years will help it settle into something more serious and savoury.

Prince - Barolo 2019 (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Volatility lends freshness to the nose, dried peel also features. Juicy, medium plus intensity acidity, drying slightly coarse tannins, slight volatility here as well, nice in a slightly rustic way.

Jeroboams Barolo 2019 tasting: Open, beautifully aromatic and heady. It's fruit-forward with great tannic structure, complexity and balance. On the accessible side, impressive in this vintage
