Im Gaumen weich, füllig, aber nicht schwerfällig, konzentrierte Frucht, fein gewoben Tannine und gute Säure, wird im mittleren Gaumen druckvoller, zeigt Opulenz, bleibt elegant und besticht im Abgang mit guter Länge und feinen Röstnoten. Dustiness on the nose with leafiness and cassis. Pretty ungiving; better drinking on the palate where there is a richness and plushness to the fruit, tannins are a bit rustic and like sandpaper. Bitter dark chocolate on the finish. A bit of a mixed bag. It could resolve itself? Time will tell. 88-91

Expressive nose of ripe plumy fruit in a frame of mineral, leafy and herby nuances. Also some notes of vanilla and spice. Starts very leafy then gets very fruity and towards the end leafy again. The fruit in the mid palate is pure and vibrant ; soft to medium tannins with medium to high acidity. 91-92
