Medium-bodied, vibrant, and packed with currants, blackberries, chocolate and cedar. The wine is fresh, crisp and spicy, with a dose of sea salt that comes in at the end of the chewy finish. Drink from 2025-2040.

Erstaunlich rustikaler erster Eindruck. Asiatische Gewürze. Dunkle Früchte. Passt noch nicht ganz zusammen, wird aber besser an der Luft. Dann kommt auch Tabak und etwas Graphit. Im Geschmack von hedonistischer, recht milder Saftigkeit. Die reife Merlot setzt sich durch. Die Cabernets wirken noch etwas ungehobelt. Zeigt gute Spannung. Das wird sicher alles seinen Platz finden. 90-92

91-93 vvPunkte Kernig, wild, kräuterig, Garrigue, dunkle Frucht, Kirschen, Cassis. Im Gaumen saftig, klar und rein wie ein Bergbach, zeigt einen mittleren Körper, saftige, rote Beerenfrucht, gute Tanninqualität und lebhafte Säure. Im Abgang mit viel Frische und einem Hauch Blutorangen im Nachhall. Ein sehr gelungener Pibran. 2027-2040 (April/Mai 2021)

Medium-bodied, fresh, bright and already delivering a soft, crisp core of sweet cherries, currants, cedar, herbs and pepper on the nose and palate. Give this energetic, spicy, classic Pauillac just a few years of age, and all its sweetness, spice and tobacco will be in full bloom. 90-92
