Essentially a PnP from Ruth’s Chris in Weehawken, NJ. Nose of spring wild flowers, heavier on the lavender. Still a bit young as the palette is a little disjointed. Still, a nice mouthfeel with a lot of plum, cherries and a sizable dose of vanilla. Reasonably long finish. Very enjoyable, but if you have it, it could use 2-3 years in the cellar. Served with NY Strip and Au Gratin potato.
