One day prawns, the other risotto with chanterelles and smoked salmon. Clean in taste, minerals, citrus, lime, gooseberry. No butteriness. A bit oak, but in an elegant way…

Quite different from the 2018 that I was buying by the case. More acidic for sure, but am still trying to decide if it is more complex and comparable to more expensive white burgundies... Or just not as good as 2018... Will try a couple more bottles, but definitely needs more careful food pairing than 2018.

Local Wine Shop Tasting (My average score for April went way down) (Bloomington, MN): Poorly made overall but it is $10 so what can you expect. Light wine with some minerals and lemon. Short finish.
