A young, fresh, and femanine version of Pinot Noir. Some might even say, a touch diluted or watered down. Surprised at the floral expression on the nose. Finish is lean with a pleasant minerality.

On the nose, bright red cherry and raspberry. A strong peppery note. Wet earth, some baking spice, wet stone. Red & purple florals. On the palate, tart cherry. Oak is more dominate. Stone and earth, peppery. Rich yet higher acid, good balance. Not the most complex, which makes sense given it's a blend from various vineyards, but definitely fits into the sense of "place" from Willamette valley.

Fleshy and ripe red and black cherry, wasily well balanced. Very good now.

Charleston Food & Wine Festival 2023; 3/2/2023-3/5/2023 (Charleston, SC (various locations)): Fairly basic and easy Pinot. A bit one dimensional. Not a ton going on, but it’s well made and well structured and enjoyable.
