A private dinner (Restaurant Le French Café, Amsterdam, NL): Certified organic and biodynamic viticulture. A blend of 50% Poulsard, 25% Pinot Noir and 25% Trousseau grown on Marnes Rouges, hand harvested mid September, aged in old foudres, total SO2 30 mg/l, 13% ABV. Bright and fresh, lovely purity of fruit, light on its feet but with good flavour intensity, attractive hint of earth, slightly drying tannins.

Ljusröd, medelsyra+och medeltannin, god, lagra 1-3 till för mer komplexitet. Bra till tapenadekyckling med potatisgratäng.
