Heavy aromas of butterscotch, baked apple, cream fraiche. Brighter on the palate, honeyed apples, lingering acidity, hints of brown butter. Nice complexity and texture from the 15% appassimento grapes.

Impressive chard! Nice butter and peach notes on the nose; more butter, apricot and citrus on the palate. Best if not too cold and definitely didn't benefit from a second day. Well balanced with good acidity to pair with food: grilled chicken, fish, etc.

Continues to be a go-to chard, esp. with food like grilled chicken. Definitely a food wine with plenty of acid balanced with citrus and hints of apricot.

Very nice overall; quite lean, borderline austere. Citrus notes and lively acidity make it better with food than sipping. that said, enough butter notes to balance everything out, esp. on the nose.

Smells of oak on the nose. So richly style both on the front and the back. Works it out at $22.
