  Tasted blind. Quite stony, hint of brioche. The nose is better than the mouth. Very dry, a bit austere. Good concentration and acidity but with a bitter finish. Perhaps needs more time but I’m not 100% sure.

  Lovely nose of sweet brioche & marzipan, nutty with hints of anise & cardamom. Continues with lemon cream and more brioche on the palate. Very fine perlage, excellent acidity.

  A very solid Champagne confirming the good impressions i already had last year.
  
  Structure, acidity, depth, complexity are present and the extra year in bottle gave extra nuances.
  
  A true gastronomic champagne
  
  Drank in Riedel Vinum Champagne stems

  Surprisingly fresh. Brioche on the palate. Bit of lemon peel. Very fine bubbles feels big on the palate.
