Probably good to drink this one pretty soon. It changed quite a bit in the glass and with temperature. At first lacking in power, almost a bit too fresh and light. But then it powered up, showing its muscles. Really ripe apple and yellow fruits. Light toasty oak and slight vanilla. Fantastic paired with a veal roast.

Two bottles with consistent notes. For the first 20 minutes, a better wine (more like 90 points) with strong mineral characteristics and medium concentration and length, and medium aromatic complexity. After 20 minutes, wine was quite flat and unstructured. Not oxidized (color is normal) but bottles taste past their prime. Drink up.

Consumed with two other '06 white Burgundies. The Meursault was oxidized badly and the puligny Montrachet was skating on the edge of oxidization... a real problem there. This wine was delicious and head and shoulders above the competition. Drink 'em up.

Light yellow in color, still pretty fresh nose of citrus fruits. Palate quite creamy with good subtance and long minerals filled finish, drinking very well now.

This bot is even fresher than the last, with rather sharp citrus fruit, a bit Raveneau like, very tight, minerals slowly creep on you, wow this is far from ready.
