  • Deep lemon color... on the nose quite pleasant with verbena lemon, chalk, subtle nut aromas all of which are very integrated and quite pretty... on the palate the wine is dry, moderate/smooth acids, full midpalate, low to moderate alcohol. Balanced wine with short length, good intensity clarity on the nose but not on the palate, good complexity (again, more on the nose than the palate), losing some finesse and a bit flat on the palate, texturally without any rough edges, very good expression of place. This wine is fading and past its peak... if you have any you need to get at them now...
