  이 날은 James Suckling 특집이었는지 이 분 고득점 와인이 빵빵 터지는 날이었다.
  이 와인도 그 분께서 무려 96점을 주신 와인.
  약간 이 분 평점은 감이 오는게 직관적으로 맛있는 와인에 높은 평가를 하지 않나 싶다.
  
  노즈에서는 열대 과일의 향이 꽤 매력적이다.
  게다가 레몬같은 시트러스 향도 나다보니 과실향이 묻힐 법도 한데 페트롤향도 은은하게 나는 편이다.
  소위 너무 빡빡한 페트롤은 주유소 같아서 좀 싫다는 사람에게 추천할만하다.
  
  팔렛에서는 너무 달아서 조금 아쉬웠다.
  다만, 나중에 와인 자체 온도가 높아지는 미네랄리티가 조금씩 느껴지는 데 그게 훨씬 나았다.
  물론 이건 단 와인에 대한 반감이 있는 사람이 내린 평가이니 달달하고 시원하게 먹는게 좋은 사람도 있겠다.
  
  음식과의 조합은 고기와는 잘 어울리는 편은 아니었다.
  특히 소금 간이 잘된 돼지고기 목살과는 분명히 와인도 맛있고, 고기도 맛있는데 2개가 조합이 되지 않는다.
  튀김 종류를 먹었다면 달달함, 시큼함, 청량함이 더 잘 어울리지 않았을까?

  Although from a less reputed vintage, this is a delicious and ultra-typical Riesling in a feather light, low alcohol (8%byV), sour-sweet style in which the Germans are so strong. Very pale yellow color with a greenish hue and a smell and taste bursting with white and yellow fruits (peaches,kiwis,pineapple,lychees,citrus….),a pronounced minerality and an intense,wonderfully spicy,sour-sweet finish. This is a real treat! This wine is already irresistible now but can age for many years, gaining more complexity.
  On their website the owners proudly state that this was the oldest (since 1720) and first vineyard to be planted entirely with the Riesling grape and moreover that the Spätlese-style was created there.
  Once again however I have to make a critical remark about the pricing-policy of some wineries. I paid this wine 27,50€ in Belgium while on the domain’s webshop it was offered at 45,00€. Potential buyer, beware!

  Robe jaune claire. Un nez bien parfumé avec des fruits blancs, pêche et ardoise (minéral). Une bouche ample et généreuse avec tout de même une bonne tension acide. Le faible taux d'alcool fait que se vin se boit à grande gorgée.
