Acacia flower, cut grass, lanolin, bee's wax. Nice tension between ripe fragrant pear fruit and high acidity of deep citrus layers. Mouth-coating suave mineral texture. Salinity and pleasant pithy bitterness in midpalate. Honeyed lemon finish with some almond note.
Residual sugar is slightly more noticeable than other vintages. I even went back to check that this is Sec, not Demi-Sec. That softens the finish somewhat.
The balance and tension are still excellent.
