So so smooth. Acidity sits at the back and comes thru later with the length. Stone fruits. More restrained nose than the 311. Flavour keeps holding. Slightly buttery more a texture than a taste. I can sip on this for hours on its own.

Grape, Grain and Graze Festival (Sydney showgrounds, Sydney): Crunchy stone fruit, cedar, very slight struck match, citrus underpin and a little butter and toast on the nose. In the mouth it's tangy, juicy, tight, a bit elbows at the mo' but shows promise. Come back in 5 years.
