  말그대로 과실이 입에서 팡팡 터지는 느낌이고 탄닌도 강하지 않아 호불호가 적을 듯.
  다만 산도도 낮은 편이 아니라 신 맛에 약하다면 피하는 것도?
  
  이번에는 삼겹살과 즐겨봤는데 역시나 삼겹살-와인 조합은 영원한 숙제.
  은은하게 퍼지던 과실향이 삼겹살이 올라가자마자 거의 사라지기 시작한다.
  맛도 나쁘진 않은데 페어링 혹은 마리아주라기보다는 삼겹살도, 와인도 그냥 각자 맛있는 느낌.

  My first Blaufrankisch. A little rustic. Similar to a low end, old world pinot Noir. Good acidity and it goes down real easy!

  Wine & Spirits Top 100 Wineries Tasting Event - Quick Impressions - Oct 11: Zesty fresh black and blue fruit, with violets, tea, and eastern spice. Roundly textured, solidly framed, medium weight fine closing structure.

  Always such a pleasure, beautiful cherry notes, distilled and juicy, delicate floral, spicy and nutty tones. Fresh and easy, but somehow pretty complex and deep at the same time. Pristine and pure fruitiness through the finish. Love this.
