The nose felt quite muted at first with some floral notes, cherries, and primary fruit flavors. Good acidity on the palate and generally more approachable flavors with red berries and cherries, and forest notes. Good finish. A subtle wine that's clearly not showing everything right now. It grew on me with air in the glass and clearly needs more time. 94+

Creamy and silky elegant...with aged leather, earthy truffle dustiness, some cinnamon and spice. Love the creamy black cherry, slight tea spice...true pleasure in the mouth.
