  Lovely Muscadet, quite aromatic and ripe. Aromas of lemon, green melon, green apple, oyster shells, lettuce core, vague floral notes... Nice combo of juicy fruit, fruit skin bitterness, and salty minerality, reminiscent of oyster liqueur, this has such an intense salty side. Finish cuts deep, beautiful citrus and green apple tones accompany intense stony, chalky and salty notes. Probably worth following 5 to 10 years. Great stuff. Get oyster.
