I picked up 3 bottles of this last summer and just now got around to trying one. I took it out of the refrigerator and poured off about 1.5 ounces to allow some room to breathe and let it warm up a bit for 30 minutes before serving. Luscious citrusy-minerally-toasty aromas and flavors with a wonderful crisp edge and a hint of honeydew in the finish. Delightfully refreshing. If you haven't tried a well made Muscadet with a little bottle age at around 50 F you are missing a real treat. An astonishing value at $13/btl. I have to see if there is more to be had.
UPDATE: 6/7/2012, got 18 more.

A delight. The nose has softened minerals with rock-sugar candy or light maple syrup. Clean, lemon palate (Chris thinks there's cantaloupe). Crisp, medium-length finish of dry leaves.

Fresh citrus and lemon grass aromas. Slightly carbonated on approach yields to wondeful finish calibrating flavors of pink grapefruit, lemon. melba toast, the smallest note of honey and walnut. Delightful (Erika wanted to give this an 89).

Not as exciting as before, perhaps getting a bit too old.
