Tasted over 1.5 hrs -nearly opaque dark red no bricking -mild reduction tar molasses -med- acidity, med weight low profile almost expansive faded dark fruit tar bitter mocha minerality, med- tannins -has heft and depth and the darker fruit profile of the cru and vintage, but not much structure and the fruit has faded into a monolithic and decidedly toasted entity; I think this was more enjoyable when the fruit was more pronounced

Decanted about an hour before serving. Rather good in a slightly rustic style. This was our first bottle so it's hard to tell where this might go from here.

This should be consumed asap. Brick colored, fairly full bodied, plums, autumn leaves, secondary. I would probably have enjoyed this more 3-4 years ago. 90 now, perhaps 91-92 in an earlier stage.

Gorgeous Burgundian nose. Very secondary. Palate though seems to have some spritz to it, though wears off. Ripe fruit, almost jammy? Drinking well but didn't have the pizzazz of some of the prior bottles.

Glorious secondary Burgundy aromas. Multi dimensional palate. Layers of fruit all the way thru to a fairly long finish.
